There are two choices we offer for shipping and charged accordingly at time of checkout:
1. United States Postal Service (USPS)
2. United Parcel Service (UPS)
- All Internet and Phone orders made before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Mondays - Thursdays, will be processed and shipped the same day the order was placed. Any orders after this time will be handled the next business day.
- All Friday orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, will be processed and shipped, however, it will take longer to arrive since there are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
- All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be taken care of and shipped on Mondays.
- Please be patient and allow for your packages to arrive at the estimated time. It may take longer, due to distance and handling, after all, it is just an estimate and not a guarantee.
- If customers wish to secure a desired arrival time, please place your orders early or you may choose to pay necessary shipping charges via United Parcel Service to receive your packages at a guaranteed day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
- ONLY MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE items are permitted to be returned and exchanged for the same item, but given a brand new set. Otherwise, under no circumstances do we return nor exchange merchandise ordered and which were received intact.
- Defective items must be reported within 10 business days from the date received. We keep organized and precise records of when customers have received their shipments to calculate the allowed 10 day grace period.
- You will be given return instructions as well as a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Every return item must have a RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be shipped back to the customer and still held responsible.
- Once approved, customers are responsible for all expenses necessary for return shipment. You MUST include a copy of the original receipt or invoice, and to place the RA number on the upper right hand corner of the copy.
